In guided group sessions, mothers reflect on their experiences, care for their emotional well-being, and build relationships with other women. Each woman chooses what she wishes to share.

Through hands-on workshops, women explore practical skills, share what they know, and build on their creativity. Learning together opens opportunities shaped by their own interests and goals.
